2nd Team Clears OS, Naxx-Spider Quarter+Patchwerk
It was a fine weekend for Force Recon with regards to raiding. On Sat, Feb 28th, a 2nd Wrath Raiding group, built from signups on the FR Calendar, headed to Obsidian Sanctum and to Naxx. It consisted of many toons who hadn't done these instances before, even if some of their other toons had. The group one-shot everything in the Sanctum and got some nice upgrades for a few folks from Sarth. The Titan's Outlook went to Melosa, and Ephany picked up the Gloves of the Lost Vanquisher.
Then the group headed off to Naxx, where we started with the spider quarter. It took a little persistence, but we managed to clear the Spider Wing and also defeated Patchwerk. As we got a bit more into our groove, we 1-shot both Maexxna and Patchwerk! It was a great day of learning, practice, and success. Below is a pic of us over Maexxna's body. Grats to all who came.
Set Team has Naxx on Farm Status, Working on Acheivements, and 1-shots Malygos
Then on Sun, Mar 1st, the FR Set Team continued to forge ahead with their plans to continually challenge themselves. We started out the day in Naxx for 4 hours. We have Naxx on Farm status now and are working towards its various achievements. We have already obtained a few of the achievements in that dungeon, and worked on some new ones. We learned quite a bit and expect to add to our achievement list over the next month. On Sun, we managed to obtain the following two for our raiders:

The Four Horseman one was quite a bit of hard work and coordination. It required a couple revisions in our strategies. We first attempted it last week with one try, and I was extremely proud that on our 2nd day of trying it, we were able to complete it.
We completed the 4 quarters and then took a break. We then headed off to Eye of Eternity to try our hand at Malygos for an hr. At first, we were afraid we weren't going to be able to attempt him, because the instance servers were having issues. After trying for about 10 minutes, we got inside, where we proceeded to 1-shot Malygos and finish our "1-hr" run in about 15 minutes! Amazing work, Team!
